Network Standards
Professional disagreement and critical discussion are welcome in LegalTech Georgia; harassment, discrimination, spam and misrepresentation are not.
Treat other members with respect. Disagreement and professional criticism are permitted when discussion remains focused on the issue and does not become personal abuse, threats or harassment.
Do not invent qualifications, experience, organisational affiliation or outcomes. Commercial relationships, advertising and conflicts of interest must be identified clearly where relevant to the context.
Mass unsolicited selling, repetitive self-promotion and the use of member contact details for commercial purposes without their consent are prohibited.
Do not share another person’s personal, confidential or copyright-protected material without the appropriate right. Malicious links, files or other technically harmful material are prohibited.
Members may report a person, post, comment, message or organisation. Depending on the nature and risk of the issue, action may include hiding content, issuing a warning, restricting access, suspending or removing an account.
Moderation distinguishes professional disagreement from harmful conduct. Material administrative decisions are recorded and, where possible, the user is told the reason.
If your content or account is restricted, you may request a review through the Contact page and provide relevant context. Where practical, the review will be handled by someone not directly involved in the original decision. Clearly repetitive or abusive requests may not receive a further review.
If there is an immediate risk of physical harm, fraud or an active cybersecurity threat, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first. Then report the platform content or account to us so that we can take an appropriate safety measure.
